Drew Govan; Principal Artist & Owner
Drew has been tattooing since 2007, starting with apprenticeships in Edinburgh before moving over to Fife and opening BlueBox in 2016. Drew is an international multi award winning tattoo artist.
Tattooing in multiple styles such as Japanese / Neo traditional / New school / Realism, Drew has travelled around the world with his tattooing meeting amazing artists along the way and learning as much as he can to put it into his own work.
When not in the shop, Drew loves to build & create in his spare time and will turn his hand to most projects, working with wood, paint & even mechanics from time to time. When he isn't being creative you will find him in the wilderness hiking through the Scottish hills with family & loyal spaniel by his side.

Emma is a tattoo artist with over 10 years of experience creating bright, colourful and fun tattoos. She particularly loves fun, cartoony designs and loves working on anything inspired by anime, cute characters and all things girly and fun.
When shes not tattooing, you’ll find her playing video games, travelling or spending time with her horses Moo and Beth. She loves a true crime documentary and is often found cuddled up on the sofa with her cat Scootaloo.
She loves cooking and baking and is always trying out new hobbies. Currently it’s crochet but next week it will probably be something completely different.

Tammi is a passionate tattoo artist who has loved every minute of her 12 years in the industry. Apprenticing for 2 years and now tattooing for 10, she can’t imagine herself in any other career.
Tammi has enjoyed travelling with her work, doing guest spots within the UK and has also spent some time working abroad. Now she’s happy settling down back here in Dunfermline and is focused on building a loyal and regular client base here at Bluebox.
Her work blends delicate floral designs, bold black mandalas, and bright, expressive watercolour pieces. She has a special love for anything celestial, spiritual, and animal-inspired.
When she's not tattooing, you'll find Tammi adventuring with her daughter, soaking up life's magic, and dreaming of where they can go next. She’s a massive lover of 90’s nostalgia, daydreaming, and anything that involves a beach and some beaming sunshine.

“I’m Abz — a new skool and cartoon-style tattoo artist with a love for bold lines, weird ideas, and one-off designs that make people smile (or double take). I’ve been professionally tattooing since 2011, and drawing even longer. I grew up obsessing over cartoons, sketchbooks always full, and that love for character, colour, and storytelling has shaped the way I work today.
Whether it’s a nostalgic pop culture throwback, a cover-up challenge, or something totally off-the-wall, I’m here for it. I work best when there’s a little chaos and creative freedom in the mix — and I always aim to make my clients feel heard, hyped, and proud to wear something original.”
Rhi

Rhi has been tattooing since February of 2023; Rhi apprenticed here at Blue Box, having been an artist and writer in one way or another all her life.
She enjoys traditional, Japanese, and black and grey work, and loves all things creepy and weird, but can happily take on pieces in any style and loves knowing her clients have a tattoo they enjoy!
When she’s not tattooing, Rhi spends her time going to gigs and travelling to visit friends across the country.
But when she’s not working or travelling, Rhi loves chilling at home with her aging sausage dog Smudge, who thinks a walk around the block is a marathon and lives to destroy squeaky toys.

Louise has been with BlueBox since 2016 and has been piercing even longer. She enjoys a challenge and always looking for the next unique piercing to try.
Louise has a knack for keeping calm if you are nervous and a steady hand to make sure your piercing is perfect every time.
